RESUMO: Este estudo evidencia o uso da informação contábil, em que, a função do contador é estar ao lado dos administradores fornecendo subsídios para a tomada de decisões. Uma administração que prioriza a "intuição", por mais atributos qualitativos que possa ter, estará cerceada pelas emoções e sensações que variam conforme a conveniência. Por outro lado, uma gestão racional buscará fundamentos lógicos que contribuirão no processo decisório.

ABSTACT: This study evidences the use of the accounting information, in that, the accountant´s function is to be beside the administrators supplying subsidies for the electric outlet of decisions. An administration that prioritizes the intuition, for more qualitative attributes than he/she can Have, it will be reduced by the emotions and sensations that vary according to the convenience. On the other hand, a rational administration will look for logical foundations that will contribute in the process decisive.
